Join us for an inspiring journey full of curiosity, wonder, and play. This online creativity workshop combines guided mediation, mindful prompts, and creative exploration. This journey is not about making “good art”, it’s about creating space for your soul to play and delight in the inquisitive process.
Through guided meditation, inspiring poetry, free flow writing, watercolors and collage let your intuition guide you through a creative discovery into your inner landscape as you step through the seasonal portal of the Spring Equinox.
Erica brings her creative spirit and respect for the instinctive wisdom that lives deep within of each of us. She will guide you through a relaxing, inquisitive, and inspired meditative journey and lead you to uncover your own truths. Erica creates a fun, safe, sacred space to release all of your veils and get into your creative flow.
Suggested Materials List:
- Sketchbook or multi media weight paper
- Magazines, Collage materials
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Markers or colored pens
- Watercolor paint (optional)
