Oakland’s Piedmont Avenue businesses have joined together to create a new tradition: The Piedmont Avenue ART WALK. Held the third Thursday of each month from 6 to 9 p.m. The next ART WALK is Thursday, February 16th!

At the Piedmont Avenue ART WALK you can expect to see a variety of art mediums, enjoy entertainment, and sample refreshments with many businesses showcasing hand-picked local artists and designers.

Erica Skone-Rees, owner of The Rare Bird, chairs the Art Walk committee and invites you to come celebrate these neighborhood nights. It’s a great opportunity to create community and spend the evening enjoying the arts and entertainment with friends and family.

Admission is free! Parking is also free, and plentiful throughout the area after 6 p.m.

Collect a stamp from ten participating businesses and be eligible to win raffle prizes — including gift certificates and fun merchandise!
